- A state of the art proprietary platform, developed at USC, is used to calculate appropriate macro-nutrient proportions based on your sex, age, height, total lean mass and fat mass. 

 

- A step-by-step detailed explanation to achieve your body fat goal, tailored to your individual body type, is then provided. This includes a daily caloric and protein intake goal. 

 

- What is even more amazing is you will be provided with an approx date that you'll arrive to your body fat destination if you follow your tailored program! 

 

- Bi-weekly bio-metric screening will be done at PWC using a state of the art AI BC IV device that measures your progress and adjusts your meal and supplementation as needed! Gone are the days of the "one-size-fits-all" approach!
